- 2 cups 2-1/2- to 3-lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 mango (large, peeled and coarsely chopped)
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup wish-bone raspberry hazelnut vinaigrette dressing
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 6 cups spring salad mix
- 2 Tbsp. almonds (optional)

Directions
- Combine chicken, mango, green onion, 3 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, toss greens with remaining Dressing and almonds. Arrange chicken salad over greens on serving platter.
