- 22 oz. breaded chicken strips (frozen)
- 1 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. red pepper (crushed)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 10 waffles (frozen fully cooked, cut into 1-inch pieces)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken strips in single layer on large shallow baking pan.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes, just until warmed. Cut into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix honey, vanilla and crushed red pepper in small bowl. Reserve 1/2 of the spiced vanilla honey mixture for serving. Place eggs and milk in large bowl. Add remaining honey mixture; whisk until well blended.
- Place chicken and waffle pieces in bottom of lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top, tossing to coat. Let stand 15 minutes to allow chicken and waffles to absorb egg mixture, stirring once. Cover with foil.
- Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until eggs are set and top is crispy. Serve with reserved spiced vanilla honey drizzled over top.
