- 4 cups fresh vegetables (cut-up, we used a combination of zucchini, asparagus, carrots and bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10.5 oz. Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (or Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups cooked chicken (cubed)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (thinly sliced)
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Loved it, I seasoned my chicken with Cajun seasoning when cooking it, and used red and orange bell peppers, cauliflower and broccolli for my vegetables! Came out delicious!
