- 1 clove garlic (minced)

- 3 cups pasta shells (small, cooked according to package directions, measure dry, then cook)
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded, rotisserie would work great)

I used cauliflower instead of broccoli but I did not really enjoy this recipe. For some reason, it came out more as a pasta that resembled chicken alfredo but tasted more like a thick milk paste. To me, it lacked flavor, especially on the cheese, and tasted mostly like milk. So, I think it would be better to use less milk and more cheese and perhaps some garlic to give it flavor. I don't think I would make it again to find out though.

Delicious! The broccoli soaks up the bacon grease perfectly, and adds the right amount of salt along with the cheese. Garlics adds tons of flavor! Salt very sparingly, if you must, but overall does not need added sodium. Could use more milk to loosen up sauce but that is a personal choice. Will make again!

It was ok, not sure why cheese lumped all together so it was not creamy and very loose.

Great!! I tweaked it a little bit by cooking the bacon and chicken together. I cut them both raw into pieces with my food scissors), and then cooked. Amazing bacon flavor throughout. I also added the broccoli raw to the recipe to give it more crunch (also raw adds more nutrients to cancel out bacon fat lol) my hubby and sons loved it and came back for seconds. Picky step-daughter didn't even try it. Her loss!

Really good. Did fiddle with it some. I used a whole box of shells instead of the 3 cups. Switched Mexican blend for mozzerella. Cooked the chicken and the broccoli in the bacon grease. Extra garlic because garlic.
