    Very good! I used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. also added ground ginger. This is a quick, tadty dish. Thanks!

    added carrots, oyster sauce, rice wine, and balsamic vinager also used chicken thighs cubbed. AMAZING!!! put it over plain white rice and everyone kids, husband, grandparents and mother-in-law loved it!

    Loved it! Not a huge fan of soy sauce though, so I put less and add water

    Good but less salt, more garlic, pepper, and sugar. For those who like it moist, more sauce as well. Next try for me will be one less spoon of salt, one more of pepper sugar and garlic, and a half cup of water to spread the flavors over the rice it is served on.
