- 2 cups bread flour (can use AP for substitute)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter (cut into small cubes)
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
