I made this tonight, and it was terrific! I didn’t take time to chop an onion so I used minced garlic I had in the fridge. Peeling & dicing the zucchini took some time. I did add some grated Parmesan to the top and a little bit of crushed Ritz crackers to the top. I made mine in an 8x8 glass pan and baked it for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Yummy! Looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow!

Loved it! Super easy dinner to prepare and pop in the oven. I crushed Ritz crackers and mix them with melted butter and Parmesan to sprinkle on top. I also added some chicken bouillon to my mix to give it a little more flavor.

Perfect! i didnt have enough stuffing to cover the top so I crushed up some ritz crackers mixed with melted butter and sprinkled on the open spots. I also sauteed the onions for 4 mins and added 1 lrg minced clove of garlic. Turned out super tasty. I'll be making this for Christmas dinner this year!

This was so easy and delicious! The whole dinner in one pan. I looked forward to eating the leftovers too.

This dish turned out FANTASTIC! I have made it twice so far and loved it both times! (even though I forgot to add sour cream to both dishes, which left it feeling a little dry, it was amazing.)
I will definitely be cooking this for my Thanksgiving dish! Thank you, Yummly!

Great. Easy to make. I used cauliflower to replace the zucchini as we did not have any and it’s not a family favourite. Will do again with all kinds of veggies.

Great
I agree with using 1/2 the zucchini. I also added a clove of sautéed minced garlic.

I would personally add more sour cream and cream of chicken soup. It was a tad too dry, but I added mozzarella on top and it gave it a good balance! All in all I love the recipe!!

it was great just a lot of zucchini, used a .5 less I should have poured it all to my lasagna pan instead of 9x13 for a more room presentation.

Make it a healthier version - just delete the butter. It is not needed. Just mix the stuffing mix in as the last step. Family loved it!
