Always enjoy Mary Berry's recipes and like Mary I always add a teaspoon of suger to anything I cook. This dish however is way, way too sweet and would personally reduce to a teaspoon rather than a table spoon. Otherwise on that basis (purely personal opinion) it's a great recipe.
