- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 white onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (grated)
- 15 oz. yellow corn (drained)
- 15 oz. white corn (drained)
- 15 oz. black beans (drained)
- 20 oz. tomato (Love diced tomatoes, I used one can Original and one can Mild!)
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken
- 1 lime
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions
- 1. In a stock pot, add the olive oil, garlic, and diced onion. Stir over low to medium heat until the onions begin to brown (about five minutes.)
- 2. Add the two drained cans of corn, the drained can of black beans, and the two UNdrained cans of Tomato Love tomatoes.
- 3. Increase the heat to Medium and add the broth, the chicken, the lime juice, and all of the seasoning.
