Great flavor combinations, and easy to do (bonus), my family and I enjoyed it!

The prep was simple and the taste was richer than expected without addition of cream. Adding the pulled chicken at the end adds some texture to the purée. I wanted more peppers and veggies so most of that flavor is added with toppings - cilantro, jalapeños, cheese, Avocado and tortilla chips.
