This was delicious! I made a few changes - used 1/2 can black beans and 1/2 can of great northern beans, used 1 tsp of chili powder instead of 2 , used diced tomato vs the rotel , no garlic for us, added sauteed mushrooms and already cooked rotiss chicken from the store. Sour cream and guac on the side. This was a huge meal - would be perfect for a pot luck!
