Fantastic recipe. I subbed green chilies and jalapeño sauce for the adobe sauce and loved the outcome.

This took a little longer than expected to make but well worth it. Everyone truly enjoyed these. I frequently have chicken tinga at a local restaurant in Durham NC "Chubby's" and wanted to try at home. I would say that these where equally as good if not better.
