- olive oil
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomato (or 14.5 oz can diced tom)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions
- Heat oil & cook chicken. Set aside.
- In same skillet, melt butter, 1 tbsp olive oil. Sauté onion, garlic & ginger until soft.
- Add cayenne, cumin, paprika & garam masala. Stir.
