- 2 cups tomato puree

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. honey (very important and no substitute please)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika (/ Kashmiri red chilly powder)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. methi (Kasturi, / Dried fenugreek leaves for sprinkling Optional)
- cilantro (/coriander leaves for garnish, optional)
