- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts (cut into large pieces for skewers)

- 8 garlic spread (Tbsp, Toum)
- 4 pickle spears (bread and butter, thinly sliced)
