- 1 Tbsp. bean sauce (Chinese hot, tobanjan)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 can bamboo shoots (drained)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pinch red chili flakes
- 2 ramen noodles (individual packages of fresh, about 1/2 pound, cooked according to package directions)
