- 10 oz. cos lettuce (chopped, Romaine, about 9 cups)
- 1 frozen chicken strips (4-serving size package of)
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- 1 handful pitted olives (sliced, black and green)
- 4 oz. tortilla chips (crushed taco flavoured, about 2 cups)
- 1 can salad (crisp sweet corn, drained well, about 1/2 cup)
- 4 spring onions (chopped, white and green parts)
- 1 tomato (large ripe, cut into wedges)
- 1/2 green pepper (small, chopped)
- 1/2 red pepper (small, chopped)
- 250 mL sour cream (1 cup)
- 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. tomato salsa
- 1/2 fresh lime
- 1 tsp. chili paste (chipolte, or as desired)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh coriander (chopped, cilantro)
