GREAT! I used a different brand taco seasoning and elbow noodles, added bell pepper and onion. Was delicious.

So delicious! i used a mixture of Monterrey jack and cheddar cheese and some leftover grilled chicken for the rexipe. my whole family loved it! I also had about half the cilantro called for and i used half original rotel and half mild because I didnt want it to be too spicy. my husband said it reminded him of a pasta dish we have had at the cheesecake factory before. will definitely make this again!

Was pretty good. Leftovers got eaten the next day! Taco seasoning was a bit of a weird addition though, might just not add that next time

Everyone enjoyed it including hubby who is not a fan of pasta the only things I changed was I used fajita seasoning instead of taco and added extra cheese

Very good and easy to make. Kid approved. We fed 6 people and had leftovers for two more.

Great, reheats great too. I added chopped black olives before baking and green onions to garnish it when eating
