Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 2 tortillas
- 250 grams chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (or lemon concentrate)
- 1/2 tsp. spice (Curry)
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1/2 onion
- 1 green pepper (and a chili pepper would be great too)
- 1 pickle
- oregano

Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts onto small cubes and put them in a bowl. Add the olive oil, the lemon juice (or lemon concentrate), the mustard, the curry spice and the thyme.
- Mix it up with your hands and cover it with a tin foil. Leave it to rest in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Put some vegetable oil on a frying pan and put it on high heat. Add the chicken and fry it for about 5-10 minutes (if you’ve cut it on tiny cubes, it doesn’t need much frying).
