I made it for my mom and myself. It turned really delicious. I omitted the jalapeno and substituted it red, green and yellow peppers. I also added half of a butternut squash along with the sweet potatoes. We tried to eat the whole pot!!!

Tasted wonderful, but I should probably have chopped the kale finer. It was very fibrous
