- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1.5 oz. dried tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. gluten free flour
- 2 cups milk (choice dairy or non-dairy)

- 2 cups spinach (uncooked)

Tastes great, very light and easy to make. I made mine with only 1.5 cups of oat milk which made it a bit more dry. I’d also recommend letting the spinach cook for a bit before introducing the milk, cheese, and flour mix.
