    Turned out great!! I added onions and garlic to add a little more flavor.

    Delicious! I used chipotle flavored diced tomatoes and chili’s and it really kicked the recipe up a notch. Instead of boiling the chicken I slow cooked the chicken thighs with broth until it fell apart.
