It turned out great for me! My family loved it! I’m making this again sometime soon but I’m going to add shrimp in the mix. Yummmmmyyy!!!

Used Velveeta Queso Blanco, cut into pieces and instead of tomatoes, used Rotel and shredded two carrots into it and popped into oven until cheese melted. It was delicious!

Amazing! I added extra green chilies than what just comes in a can of rotel. Delish!
