This is how I make mine and have for years. I save the pasta water to add more liquid if it seems dry or, if I should forget and not save the water I use chicken stock.

Somewhat dry,will add some sort of liquid next time. Otherwise tasted good.

I love this recipe so does my family, its great to make for parties, this is my son's favorite recipe So I try and make it at least once a month
