I thought this was delicious. Made exactly as indicated. Will definitely double recipe so we can have more leftover.

This was the perfect healing soup for our family during flu season. Added more garlic and a touch of saracha for a little kick! Yum!

I used chicken thighs instead of breast. Added spinach and onion, and quadrupled the garlic. It was delicious.
