- 1 1/2 cups cooking cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (fine chopped)

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (pounded)
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (cut into slices)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups beans (Rajma, boiled)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 green chilli (fine chopped)
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 5 potatoes (hard boiled & quartered about 70% done)
