- 2 sausage links (large chicken, chopped, I love Aidell’s apple chicken sausage, but use your favorite kind!)
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach (about 4 cups)
- 3 eggs
- 4 egg whites (I used 3/4 cup egg whites from a carton)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)

Easy to make, and you can put whatever meats/veggies you have on hand in it. Good to pre-make and eat on throughout the week. Does need more salt, but that’s about it.

It turned out great! I used breakfast sausage and more eggs to make for the week.
