- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/4 cup water

Directions
- Thread chicken onto 24 6-inch bamboo skewer. (Note soak bamboo skewers in water about 20 mins before placing chicken on them to prevent them from burning up!) Place kabobs in a shallow non metal dish.
- Combine broth, peanut butter, honey , hoisin sauce, cilantro, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepere and garlic clove in a bowl. Stir well with a whisk. Reserve 1 cup of this sauce (Peanut Sauce) and set aside.
- Add ¼ cup water to remaining sauce and pour over kabobs.
