- non stick spray (olive oil, I use my Misto)
- 1 cup sauce (pomodoro, or your favorite marinara sauce)

really good i decided to make this last minute n did not have frozen spinch but i had fresh so i used that instead so easy n delicious its a great go to dinner time meal!

I don't bread these for a super low carb high protein meal. Everyone in my family adores these! Make sure to all your ingredients ready before you start for easy assembly!
