Tried this recipe in Miriams Earthen Cookware, came out great! thank you. I used many different kinds of clay pots and I find MEC to be far superior in how well the pots work. And the fact that this is tested, primary clay and is made without any additives, to me, makes it the healthiest cooking pots.
