- 1 cup red bell pepper (diced, 1 medium-sized red bell pepper)
- 1 cup white button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup yellow onion (diced sweet)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (broken into small bite-size pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (fresh cloves of, minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
- 2 thinly sliced green onions (optional garnish)
- 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)
