- 2 cups fresh corn (cut from the cob)
- 1 orange bell pepper (or red, seeded and diced)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 Tbsp. gluten free flour (or use regular purpose flour)
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
