Simply.... WOW. I added a twist for a heathy option and omitted cumin and sauce. Made it on a panini grill with pam as oil... boiled ck so its softer. season tomato, peppers and onion with a bit of lemon and salt anddddd added a bit of serrano chile for some heat hehe. Will make again!!!

Came out great the first time! I will be making this again, hopefully I can incorporate this as a staple meal for my fitness goals. 👌
