These quesadillas were absolutely spectacular!! My sister and I made these for our entire family, and they got glowing reviews! I will definitely make this again.

I use a Red Pepper instead of the green pepper. I cooked the chicken peppers and onions first. I pan fried the flour Tortilla in a pan, added chicken, peppers, onions, cheese and buttered Tortilla. After the Tortilla on bottom was crispy and brown, I flipped it with a plate and browned the other side. It was delicious with Salsa
