- 2 bay leaves

- freshly ground black pepper

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh peas (or frozen)
- 1 cup frozen corn (optional)
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably bone-in cooked or rotisserie)

Saving to my list, really good!! I added way more seasonings that it called for seasoning salt, pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder etc.
added more onion veggies but that’s cause it’s what I had in hand. Also thinned it out more with chicken broth and milk

Fantastic recipe! We really enjoyed this soup, followed the directions and it turned out to be delicious! I did add an extra tablespoon of butter when sautéing the vegetables.

The soup turned out really good! This is perfect for cold weather. I forgot to buy rosemary, so I substituted Italian seasoning. I made tiny biscuits to eat with the soup.
