4 SERVINGS
- 16 oz. cooked pasta (Not Mushy pasta! We use all kinds of different pasta shapes, this one we used Rotini Organic noodles)
- 4 chicken breasts (OR, in this recipe, we showed you how we altered the meat with our leftover Juicy Turkey)
- 1 onion (Chopped)
- 1 cup green beans (we have used fresh green beans and frozen but canned green beans might be mushy)
- 1 cup corn (Frozen or canned corn is good)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- salt (to taste, we don’t use a lot of salt so a 1/2 teaspoon would be good for us)
- 1 cup chicken (Bullion, we use Organic Better Than Bouillon because it has a natural flavor with not all the salt)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (trust us, you can’t taste it but the yogurt helps give a creamier but healthier pasta)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
