The classic comfort Chicken Pot Pie topped with biscuits for a little twist.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup water
- 2 chicken (Bullion cubes)
- 1 Tbsp. chicken base
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2 yellow onions
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup non fat half and half
- 2 cups carrots (medium, diced)
- 10 oz. frozen peas
- 10 oz. frozen corn
- 8 oz. pearl onions (jars of)
- 1/2 cup parsley (minced)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the chicken on a broiling pan and rub them generously with the salt, pepper and season salt.
- Roast for 35 to 50 minutes, or until cooked through.
