Very good! Needs more salt -- be sure to taste the rice mixture before wrapping. Rice was a bit stickier than I would have liked; might try a different cooking method for the rice itself (i.e. measure out the exact amount of water as opposed to cooking and draining). Overall a fun project; impressive to look at and easier than I expected.
