it was wonderful. i substituted cashew cream for cream since i cant digest cow dairy. also used my vegan margarine.
my husband loved it, he usualy does not like my milk sudstitutes

This is my absolute favorite chicken piccata recipe so far! I use a ton of olive oil and less butter. Also the sauce tends to be too runny with 2 cups stock...I would only use 1 cup stock.

My parents and I enjoyed this recipe! I modified it, leaving out the heavy whipping cream and butter. Will definitely have again! :)
