Description
Classic meatball sammie meets the flavors of chicken Parm. Give juicy chicken meatballs a dunk in your favorite store-bought marinara, then blanket them in melty cheese. For less mess, grab a cookie scoop to shape the meatballs. You can use the marinara just as it comes, or doctor it up with a little chopped fresh basil or some crushed red pepper flakes. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Ashley Strickland Freeman.

- Preheat oven to 425°F with racks set in upper and lower third. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together Parmesan, panko, egg yolk, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add ground chicken and mix gently to combine.
- Use a level 2 Tbsp. cookie scoop or your hands to shape the mixture into 16 (1 3/4-inch) meatballs, setting them on one of the prepared sheet pans.
