    AMAZING!!! I made it for my two college age sons and now they both say it’s their favorite meal!! I followed the Recipe exactly, but I didn’t have Italian bread crumbs and instead used regular breadcrumbs but added a lot of Italian seasoning to them. Turned out perfect!

    this recipe has been one of my faves recently. Both my husband and my son (1.5 yrs) love it. My husband gets super excited when I tell him we're having Chicken Parm for dinner. This is surprisingly easy to make and turns out great every time! One tip: if you cook the chicken until internal temp is at 170°F, it will be perfectly moist on in the inside everytime and the outside shouldn't be overly browned (as long as on middle rack of oven).

    It worked great. I scaled back the quantity of bread crumbs and parsley because it was clear a large amount would be wasted. Otherwise it was easy to execute.

    Has become a regular in our house, really tasty and simple to make! recipe also works alone for crispy chicken. makes enough for two-three days. often we add some herbs to the crispy chicken and serve over zucchini noodles for a healthier alternative 😊
