Ridiculous!!!!! It was so delicious and I made full-on chicken park BURGERS with this as a roadmap. Perfection!

Amazing! I used sous vide buttermilk chicken breast (145 Fahrenheit, 1 hour and 45 min) lightly fried at a high temp in the oil, and finished in an air fryer to remove excess oil. The breading slides off with how juicy and tender it is, perfectly cooked (Crispy on the outside, bursting with buttermilk flavor on the inside).

Excellent.
Baked it for 15 rather than 20.
Buns did get soggy; need to find another way around that.

These were great. All the guys at poker loved them. They took longer to make than expected because of the battering and frying but overall I'd happily do it again (and probably will). Make sure to really salt and pepper your chicken before frying. You don't want it to be too plain.
