- egg noodles
- chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- brown sugar
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- sesame oil
- garlic (minced)
- cabbage (shredded)
- carrot (shredded)

Directions
- Step 1: Marinate chicken in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar. Set aside for about an hour.
- Step 2: Rinse noodles in cold water. Drain. Set aside.
- Step 3: Heat some oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken. Stir-fry until lightly charred. Remove from pan.
- Step 4: On the same pan, add a little more oil and stir-fry garlic, cabbage and carrot.
- Step 5: Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little water. Stir-fry until vegetables and noodles are cooked. Top with chicken
