This is super good and easy. Added red peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli as well. Sauteed with a little salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder because I was adding more veggies, I didn't want them to dilute the soup packet flavour. Used a little chicken broth to steam the veggies just after sauteeing so they were a bit softer. After that, followed the recipe how it is listed (minus the chicken) and it turned out beautifully. Veggies kept their individual flavours and were nice and tender. Will definitely make again!
