Fantastic way to feel better when feeling sick and not too complicated to make when you're not feeling 100%

I’ve made this a few times. It is delicious! Makes a large pot, enough to share if you choose!

Top notch results! I had no bone-in chicken onhand, so I added a cup of water for a cup of chicken broth to add that extra flavor. The wifey loved it!

It is a great chicken noodle soup! I added about a cup of white wine which really elevated the flavor😊

I love how this turned out I used rotisserie chicken instead and it is so good!! I also used chicken broth powder my hubby loves a lot of flavor. Kinda wish I knew what it would’ve tasted like without the powder

Ive been making chicken soup from scratch for what seems like forever. I looked for a recipe because mine was seeming bland and needed help. This recipe is perfect and so delicious. The garlic which I never put in mine is excellent and the spices are just right. I always put rice in my homemade chicken soup so I’m sticking with that but will continue to make this recipe...so gooooood!

Delicious!! I followed the recipe, except I used 4c water + 4c chicken broth. My 9 year old son (who is a picky eater) loved it! Definitely will make this again...thank you!

Fabulous! I used a whole chicken and added more black pepper and fresh herbs, but the basic roots of the recipe is great.

Loved this recipe! Easy to make and turned out perfectly. I love that I could control the salt and that it doesn’t require chicken stock or boullion cubes. This is the perfect remedy for a cold or a cold Fall night.

Simple and easy recipe to follow. The amount of water isn’t in the ingredients list. It’s 8 cups. I added 10, 4 cups of water and 6 cups of chicken broth. Used fresh parsley and thyme. I couldn’t find fresh basil but dried worked just fine. I also used 2lbs bone-in chicken thighs and 4.5 cups of spiral egg noodles because I like my “soup” really hearty.

Used chicken thighs and breasts. Added can of diced Italian tomatoes and chicken bouillon (3 envelopes) and more water with 1 1/2 cups small pasta.

Overall, it was fantastic. Using chicken broth in place of a quarter, half, or even all of the water is a good way to strengthen the broth, if you can afford it.
