I enjoy this dish when served with rice.
Ingredients

- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup light mayo (Hellmann's)
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- paprika

Directions
- Cook chicken in oven with foil on top for 1 hour. Take out and cut into slices.
- Place cooked broccoli in bottom of 9 x 13 pan & then add chicken slices.
- Combine all other ingredients except cheese & paprika in bowl. Pour over chicken.
- Add cheese to the top & then sprinkle on the paprika.
- Bake for 30min at 350 degrees.
