- 1/2 lb. button mushrooms (Sliced)

- 1 tsp. rosemary (I used fresh, chopped, but dried is fine)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 cups chicken meat (Diced, from a store bought, fully cooked, fully seasoned Rotisserie Chicken)

Good, but with some modifications. I decreased the chicken broth to 1 1/2 c. And added 1/2 c. Of sherry. Added 1 T. Tomato paste, and 1 T. Vinegar and 1T. Worcestershire sauce. Also mixed 3 T. Flour with some of the broth to thicken. Then it was near to perfect!

This didn’t turn out great. Sauce really didn’t thicken and the spice ratios are all off. Won’t make again there are better versions of this recipe elsewhere.
