    I made this with chicken breast instead of thighs, and a drizzle of honey and some water to replace the rice wine I don't have. This is QUICK and tasty comfort food for those who like Chinese-American cooking. I'd be happy to make it any day for my own lunch or dinner, but I don't consider it company food.
