- 2 tsp. salt (plus more salt, to taste as you mix)
- 4 cups chicken broth (chilled)
- 3 Tbsp. red chile sauce (or paste, see link in the notes)
- 1 lb. corn husks
- 3 lb. meat filling (previously cooked and chilled)
- 1/4 cup chile sauce (or leftover mole sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 small white onion (sliced into thin strips)
- 3 lb. cooked, shredded chicken (previously)
- 1 1/2 cups mole sauce (thick, or 3 cups looser sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- salt (to taste)
