- 1/4 cup marsala wine
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (coarse)
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over high heat
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper then saute till cooked through, 3 mins per side
- Transfer chicken to a platter and cover to keep warm
